Engineering has reviewed and approved the subject application with the following condition:
The Declaration of Utility Easement agreement, which amends existing utility easement
AF #200209190007, shall be recorded in conjunction with the recording of the subject Lot
Line Adjustment.
2. The Quit Claim Deed, which relinquishes easement AF 9200309160798, shall also be
recorded in conjunction with the subject Lot Line Adjustment.
