Subject: Rehearing - variance request for property at 23811 77"' Place West (PLN20120004)
Dear Mrs. Kanczugowski,
Due to technical difficulties on March 22, the Hearing Examiner is going to rehear your variance
request on April 12, 2012. This will be treated as if it were the first hearing — you may present
new testimony or add information to the record as you feel appropriate. The recording and
exhibits of the original hearing will be made part of the rehearing record and are available at the
Planning Department. Unless new information or public comments are received, there will be no
change to the staff report or any of the other information the City provides as part of the project.
Public notice will be given for the rehearing of your project by March 29 and, as mentioned
above, your request will be heard again on April 12, 2012. The hearing will be at the same time
and location — 3:00 PM in the City Council Chambers at 250 5th Avenue North.
I apologize for the inconvenience but unforeseen circumstances led to the need to rehear both
