Dear Mrs. Kanczugowski,
The City of Edmonds has reviewed your application for a reduced street setback variance for
completeness pursuant to Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) 20.02.002. It has
been determined that application meets the procedural submission requirements and therefore is
complete. Please accept this letter as the City's notice to applicant of determination of
completeness pursuant to ECDC 20.02.003. While the application is complete, the City may ask
for additional information and/or clarification on the request.
Public notice for the hearing will be mailed, published and posted on March 1, 2012.
The public hearing for this variance request has been scheduled for March 22, 2012 at 3 p.m in
the City Council Chambers at 250 5th Avenue North. I will prepare a staff report and send that to
Hearing Examiner, applicant and any parties of record approximately one week prior to the
hearing. Your attendance at the hearing is not required but it is highly recommended so you can
respond to any questions that the Hearing Examiner may have during the hearing.
