Thank you for submitting the required documentation and application fees for the above -
referenced permits; the applications are complete according to ECDC 20.02.003.
The City will proceed with the requirement of issuing public notification of the project and
selecting a hearing date. At this point, February 14, 2013 is available so I will tentatively
schedule that date for the hearing. In about two weeks, I will issue a Notice of Application and
Public Hearing which will officially set the date. I will then provide a copy of my staff report
approximately one week before the hearing.

confirmation of the hearing date in about two weeks.
