Civil construction plans were submitted to the Engineering Division on June 18th, 2013 and approved for construction on October 1 Ith, 2013 consistent with ECDC 20.75.120. While many of the improvements have been completed, a performance bond was submitted by the developer and accepted by the City on November 8th, 2013 reflecting the total cost to construct all required improvements in the amount of $150,419.00. The subject development did not include any street dedications to the City. However, the development did grant an access easement to the City to allow for City personnel to inspect the private stormwater management system to ensure compliance per the City Development Code. Thank you. City of Edmonds
