DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT • PLANNING DIVISION I''C. 189v September 4, 2019 Subject: Notice of Final Decision for Lindberg Short Subdivision File No. PLN20130031 To Whom It May Concern: This letter serves as the notice of final decision regarding the above -referenced project pursuant to Section 20.02.007 of the Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC). Randy Lindberg has received final short plat approval for the three -lot short subdivision located at 10723 235th Place SW, Edmonds, WA (Parcel No. 27033600201300). Preliminary approval of the short plat was granted on October 24, 2013. A modification to the preliminary approval was subsequently granted on July 31, 2018. Documents were submitted for final approval on August 2, 2019. Staff reviewed the final short plat documents, as well as revised submittals, and determined that all conditions of preliminary approval have been satisfied. The applicant has completed all of the requirements of the preliminary short plat approval or, in the case of some Engineering Division requirements, a performance bond has been posted to ensure their completion. Upon completion of required improvements, maintenance bonds will be posted as required. Final short subdivision approval was issued by the City on September 4, 2019. The final documents have been signed and are ready for recording with the Snohomish County Auditor. According to ECDC 20.02.007.A, the affected property owners may request a change in property tax valuation notwithstanding any program of revaluation.
