During review of the Documents for the above project, it was found that the following information, clarifications or changes are noted.
See attached access standard. Please provide turning radii
Any underground vaults that are under a drivable surface will need to be H20 rated to withstand 75,000 GVW, 45,000 #’s point load.
Any gates will comply with attached standard
Any single family dwelling over 3,000 sq ft will be provided with a flow through type fire sprinkler system.
