SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR PROPOSED SHORT
PLAT LOCATED AT 22318 92" d Ave W

Dear Mr. Treiber:
During staffs review of your land use application for a two -lot short plat located at 22318 92'd .Ave W, it
was determined that additional information/clarification is necessary. Please provide responses to the
following items at your earliest convenience so that staff's review of the proposal can continue:
The preliminary storm system design as shown on the preliminary development plan, includes on -
site stormwater detention systems with connection to the City storm system in 220'. Typically,
the information provided would be acceptable at the feasibility stage, except that the storm
system in 224"', which runs west on 224"' and then north on 93`d Pl W, does not ultimately
connect to a hard piped City storm system. In order to determine stormwater feasibility for this
project, please provide an analysis addressing how the flows from the subject development will
affect the storm system in 93`d PI W. Alternatively, please provide an analysis that addresses the
potential for on -site infiltration or other low impact development techniques.
Please submit the above information to the Planning Division as soon as possible so that staff may
continue processing your application. Please keep in mind that a complete response to this information
request must be received within 90 days or the application will lapse for lack of information (ECDC
20.02.003.D). Thus, your application will expire if the requested information is not received by
November 2, 2014.
