Engineering has reviewed the lot line adjustment application for the Robinson Trust
properties at 8311 and 8307 Talbot Road. The information provided is consistent with Title
18 Edmonds Community Development Code & Engineering standards.
As shown on the survey prepared by Jeffrey T. Treiber and dated August 13, 2015, both
properties are encumbered by easements. No changes to the easements are proposed or
approved with this lot line adjustment.
