The City of Edmonds has received your May 29, 2020 email request to withdraw the subject
application from further review and consideration. While this is an unusual request for an
project that is so far along in the process (preliminary approval valid through 2022, civil plans
approved and bonded for), your request is confirmed.
The Engineering Division has sent a letter to the financial institution to allow release of the
bond. If you would like the paper files back, let me know and I can make them available for pick
up at the Development Service permit counter when City Hall opens after COVID restrictions
are eased.
