Dear Mr. Jarrell,
The City of Edmonds has received your June 21, 2017 request for a 90-day extension to submit
additional information on the Lahurreau 2-lot short plat at 7726 — 2361" Street SW. You have
been in contact with the City over the last 90 days on the project regarding the proportionality of
identified required improvements listed in the request for additional information. As such the
City is granting the one-time 90-day extension as allowed by ECDC 20.02.003.D.2. Please
respond to the requested information in the March 21, 2017 letter of completeness and request
for additional information by September 18, 2017.
