Public Street Improvements & Access (Asphalt, curb, gutter and sidewalks): a) Curb and gutter shall be provided along property frontage as required to X comply with City standards and requirements. b) Construct five-foot wide sidwalk to City standards along property frontage X on 184th. X c) Lots shall take access off 212th St SW via shared access drive. i. Driveway curb cut shall be constructed to meet City standards and ADA X requirements. li.
