To Whom It May Concern:
This letter serves as the notice of final decision regarding the above -referenced project pursuant to
Section 20.06.009.A of the Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC).
Timeline of project decisions
The applicant applied for preliminary plat approval on September 7, 2017. A public hearing was held
by the Hearing Examiner on December 14, 2017. The Examiner granted preliminary approval with
conditions on January 2, 2018. Final plat submittal was made on February 6, 2018 and the City Council
reviewed and approved the final plat by resolution on April 24, 2018.
According to ECDC 20.06.009.A, the affected property owners may request a change in property tax
valuation notwithstanding any program of revaluation.
