As requested, here is a list of the revisions requested and made:
Plans Examiner / Eric Carter
There were two requests:
Provide more detail on the plans on how the proposed retaining wall was to be constructed
Complete and sign the Special Inspection and Testing agreement provided by the city
Response:
More detail has been added to the plans, specifically on Sheet L 6. We have added a partial plan view to accompany a new wall section.
The Special Inspection form has been completed and signed.
Engineering / Jennifer Lambert
Jennifer had two requests:
Provide an approved permit from the BNSF Rail Road to dispose of collected storm water within the RR right of way
Complete and sign the Special Inspection agreement provided by the city
Response:
We are still working with and waiting for the RR to issue the permit. Per their guidelines, we have submitted the forms and plans as they have requested.
The Special Inspection form has been completed and signed.
Planning Division / Kernen Lien
There were two requests:
Revise the Geotechnical Report to specifically address ECDC 23.80.060 and ECDC 23.80.070
Complete, notarize and record the city-provided Critical Area Notice
Response:
Geotechnical Engineer Scott Palmer has provided a new cover section to the report, dated August 27, that addresses these code sections.
The notarized and recorded document was delivered to the Building Department by the property owner Cindy Potter independently of the re-submittal.
