9801 Edmonds Way Proposed Coffee Shop and Drive Through
The following comments are provided from the Engineering Division in review of
the change from a proposed bank to a drive through coffee shop on the property
of 9801 Edmonds Way. A request for additional information or review comments
may be provided during the review of the revised civils.
A revised traffic analysis will be required identifying the change in
proposed use and the impact of the new use to the site and surrounding
traffic area.
