Connections are important because people visiting the downtown retail area could also go to the marsh. That could increase the amount of time and money that visitors spend in Edmonds. Other Comments • Parking structure should be below ground. • Water run-off from site should be treated & recycled as much as possible. • What CTR efforts will be made to reduce carbon footprint produced by project? • Transit access should be enhanced. • I am willing to have 40' or 50' buildings and a smaller footprint.
