In addition to the reasons for the request already contained in the previously submitted letter, include a statement that the owner understands that air admittance valves are not an approved method of venting in the State adopted Uniform Plumbing Code, are aware that this request for use of an air admittance valve as an exception to the code, and understand the maintenance requirements of the air admittance valve. • Specify the model of Studor Vent that you are proposing to use Please provide response to the above information and we will review concurrently with the resubmittal for the Tenant Improvement permit application.
