Andrew,
The recording documents for the RTC I, LLC Short Plat (formerly known as Murata) look good;
however, the City still has not received a bond for the uncompleted civil improvements or
uninstalled portions native vegetation plan. The City cannot sign off on the final recording
documents until final civil construction approval has been given by the Engineering Division or the
City has received a bond for the improvements that have not yet been constructed (including the
native vegetation plan).
