Hi Sue,
In taking a look at your noise variance application (STF20180052) for the work that PSE will be doing at Arnie's
Restaurant, we have found that additional information is needed in order for staff to do a full review of your
proposal. Please refer to the attached handout and provide a written response addressing each of the factors in ECC
5.30.120 (listed on the handout). Also, please describe your plan to notify neighbors of the proposed night work. With
your resubmittal, please include a site plan (you can use the same site plan from your ROW permit application). Also, it
is not clear what the duration of the night work is, whether one night or several. Your application form states 1/14/19-
1/21/19, but it is unclear if you are requesting to do work every night within this week or just one or two nights within
this range.
Please email your resubmittal to Christina Wayland. I am copying her on this email. Once we receive this additional
information/clarification, staff will be able to conduct a full review of your proposal.
