Thank you for submitting an application for a Lot Line Adjustment between the properties at

23922 84 Avenue West (Amani) and 23912 84 Avenue West (Henson) located in the Single-
Family Residential (RS-8) zone. City staff has finished the initial check for completeness on
your application, and it was found that the following information, clarification, or corrections
will need to be addressed before review can continue.

Please provide a written response to the items mentioned below…
1.Ingress/Egress Easement:
Please show (or indicate by adding the Auditor’s File Number)
all easements, including the ingress/egress easement. Please confirm that you’re not
proposing to adjust the area/location of the existing ingress/egress easement at this time (if
so, it affects gross/net lot area calculations).
2.Recreation Easement:
The title report submitted shows the “recreation easement” on the
Henson property. Neighbor Rosella Olson disputed this document during the short plat
process that is underway (S-2008-14) and I’m wondering how the owners are planning on
moving forward (are they going to file a correction or revocation at the County? How does
this affect the proposed short subdivision of the Henson property – or this application)?
3.Contact Information:
Please provide the contact information (mailing address) for Amani
Imran and confirm the surname: is it Amani Imran – or – Imran Amani (there are
inconsistencies between previous documents on file and I’d just like to make sure that the
signature block is constructed correctly).
