Dear Mr. Jarrell:
Thank you for submitting application for preliminary review of a two-lot short plat for the property at

23912 84 Avenue West, which is located in the Single-Family Residential (RS-8) zone (known as the
“Henson Short Plat”). This letter is to inform you that additional information is requested at this time in
order to continue Preliminary Review of the application. Note that the comments provided below are
based upon review of the Preliminary Plans for the subject short plat. Please respond in writing to the
following items and make changes, as appropriate, on the Preliminary Short Plat map.
Please provide the following additional information so Preliminary Review can continue:
1.Planning Division Comments:
The title report submitted shows the “recreation easement” on the
Henson property. Neighbor Rosella Olson disputed this document (letter attached) and I’m
wondering how the owners are planning on moving forward (are they going to file a correction or
revocation at the County) and how it affects this application?
2.Engineering Division Comments:
Please review the attached memo from the Engineering Division
and respond as appropriate.
Please respond at your earliest convenience so that your application may be processed in an expedient
