Thank you for the assistance this morning greatly appreciated. In the attachment should be the “clean drawing” with the changes. IN response to the questions
Item (3) Installer to verify that intake openings serving the ERV’s will be at least 10’ from property line
Item (4, & 6) added to the drawing one additional wall heater for a total of three (3) each units for downstairs office and other rooms, also added one (1) each laundry area exhaust
fan connected to the downstairs ERV
Item (5) installer to verify that exhaust opening to be at least three (3) feet from operable openings of windows or doors.
Item (7) changed wording from return air to exhaust air
Item (8) changed ERV # 2, 3 on drawing to be minimum 400 cfm each to handle required 706 cfm
Item (9) made changes to EVR 2, and 3 to handle the 244 cfm od exhaust
Item (10) will change wording from heater to fan coil
Will resend drawing with the wording changed on item (10)
