Sign permit #BLD20190684 includes the scope of work for only the exterior letter
signage that is being attached directly to the building. The pre-existing canopy
above the storefront entrance has nothing to do with the sign permit . This was
resolved as per a conversation between Jeanie McConnell and Jim Sutterfield on
6/21/19. Permit #BLD20190684 will move forward as per the submitted plan set and
any issues with the pre-existing canopy will be handled with the owner, who has
provided the original permit #BLD20181197 that included the canopies was
approved 11/08/18.
