It does not appear to meet the maximum piping length per WSEC Table C404.3.1. Utilization of an instantaneous water heater for the lavatory is typically proposed to avoid having to install a tank -type water heater in the same space and still meet the accessibility requirements of ICC A117.1-2009. Note has been added to add instantaneous water heater in the restroom for the lavatory on Sheet A2.0. 4. Fixture Mounting Heights —Toilet Accessories —Indicate on the plans the required fixed side wall vertical grab bar per ICC A117.1-2009 section 604.5.1. Clarify on the plans the indicated attachment of the top of the'typical interior partitions' to the suspended acoustical tile ceiling or GWB ceiling. Partitions may not be supported by a suspended ceiling alone unless designed by an engineer. We are not attaching the partition to the acoustical tile ceiling but extending studs at 4'-0" o.c. and attaching to the structural above. See notes on building section on Sheet A3.0. c. Indicate on the plans the minimum required attachment of the base of the 'typical interior partition' to the floor below. Partial Main Floor Reflected Ceiling Plan - Provide as part of a complete building permit application submittal 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC)'Compliance Forms for Commercial Buildings including R2, R3, R4 over 3 stories and all R1' as required for the selections noted on the'Interior and Exterior Alterations' section of the WSEC Lighting Summary — LTG -SUM — supporting the compliance of the proposed installation. The completed forms must include'LTG-SUM','LTG-INT-SPACE' or'LTG-INT- BLD' as applicable, and 'LTG-CHK', at a minimum. Alighting fixture schedule' that includes the lighting fixture wattage and a lighting control narrative must be provided to verify that the methods utilized in meeting the applicable provisions have been identified on the plans. 2015 Washington State Energy Code Compliance Forms for Commercial Buildings have been completed and is attached in resubmittal.
