The statistics have been revised to show only the areas under this permit 2. Areas have been adjusted 3. Areas have been adjusted 4. The lighting plan now reflects the wattages per the NREC form 5. The exit swing gate has been revised to 48" wide. 6. As shown on page 2 of the calculations, the 25psf minimum roof snow load was used as a uniform load on the roof in the load combinations shown at the bottom of the page. For the drift load combinations, the drift surcharge shown of 78.7psf was added to the reduced 19psf roof snow load for a maximum total of 97.7psf. 7. The fire sprinkler system weights have now been included in the greenhouse analysis as shown in the collateral load section on page 2 of the calculations. 8. Please see attached information on the plastic roofing panels 9. The ratio of the plastic panels have been revised to be less then 60% of the total roof area and mixed with a metal panel. 10. Please see product cut sheet regarding the product specifications of the plastic panel material. Testing information for both ASTM E84 and D635 11. There will be no racking for this project only ground ort floor displays not exceeding 5'-9" in height. All aisle ways shall be a min of 48" in width 12. There will not be any checkout lanes associated with the outdoor area. All transactions will go through the checkstands in the store 13. Please see attached completed Special Inspection Form Planning — Jen Machuga 1. Please see attached completed Critical Areas Checklist and a fee of $50 to be paid 2. A $250 fee will be paid as required. Please see actual materials of roofing to be provided. The Greenhouse structure is clear aluminum (silver), the roof panels are a mixture of a clear/milky translucent panel mixed with opaque galvanized panels. ( the entire roof area cannot consist of just translucent panels per Fire Code). The proposed wrought iron fencing and gate assemblies will be flat black 3. The Height Calculation point are now better defined on the plan The maximum height allowed has been revised to 30' The average original grade and maximum allowable height are revise and better defined 4. A parking calculation has been provided on Sheet A0.0. There is sufficient parking on site. There is additional parking associated with the site on the west side of alley also 5. There will not be any side panels associated with this structure, sorry for the confusion on the photo provided Fire — Ken Zweber 1. Fire sprinklers will be provided for this structure 2. Please see revised greenhouse drawings and calculations to support the sprinkler system requirements. 3. Egress pathway lighting notes have been added to the reflective ceiling plan.
