The numbers of the responses correspond to the comments on the review. I will attempt to point out how and where the comments have been addressed on the attached revised plans and reports. Minimum Requirement #1 — Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan 1. Sheet C3: Infiltration trench detail has been revised. 2. Two additional exploration pits were completed at the subject location. EP-3 and EP-4 were excavated to depth of 15 feet and 10 feet, respectively. Per the Textural Triangle Results prepared by Battermann Geotechnical Consulting, PLLC, dated October 24, 2107 (attached), the long term infiltration rates based on the USDA Textural Classification at EP-3 and EP-4 would be 0.5 inches per hour. Originally, long term infiltration rate of 2.0 inches per hour was used in the calculations to size the dry well at EP-3. The new required drywell area with sizing factor of 4.8% would be 127.44 square feet, which is equivalent to 12.74 feet in diameter. Due to the site constraints, the new drywell size of 12.74 feet in diameter does not meet the setback requirements. Therefore, infiltration trench (3 foot depth) is proposed in lieu of drywell at EP-3. Minimum Requirement #2 — Construction Stormwater Pollution Plan 1. Sheet C2: Construction Entrance with detail has been added. 2. The CESCL information has been revised. Thank you for your time and effort in this review. If you have any questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to call. 4Johu4en=---- f
