Correction #1 All utilities should be shown from the city main line/lateral to the structure. Please show where the existing sewer service connects to the house. If it currently connects at the location of the proposed deck, a clean out will need to be moved/installed outside of the structure to remain accessible. In this case, a side sewer permit may be required. Please show new clean out location on plan if applicable. Response: See revised sheet A2 showing the location of all utilities. Proposed deck is located off of the second floor. Correction #2 Please add a note to the plans "All disturbed soils will be compost amended per BMP T5.13. " Response: See revised sheet A2 with added note. Correction #3 Add a note to the plans "Erosion control measures consistent with City of Edmonds standard details shall be installed as needed per engineer inspector."
