This letter is intended to summarize the changes made to the engineering package submitted
for the 2nd permit review for this project. This letter addresses comments from the Engineering
Division which were provided via email. I have tried to format this letter to match the comment
letter for easier understanding.
Drainage and Utility Plan
23) The water service note with reference to the AVB has been removed from thr Drainage and
Utility Plan.
24) The proposed yard drain has been removed from the design.
25) The invert elevation of the stormdrain has been added for the connection at the west side of
the house.
26) The storm service has been rerouted to tap into the storm drain main within 223rd Street SW.
27) The client will provide a right-of-way application at the time of resubmittal.
