During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2"d floor of City Hall. Permit
Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-12pm.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website.
1. Please add address to cover sheet. H DDCmd-'v-
2. On Sheet G-3, please update the version of WSDOT /APWA Standard Specs.
3. Show cell tower and other equipment areas on the tesc/demo plan, sheet C-1 and adjust the location of
the silt fence as needed. -�Po a`C-
4. A 100% submittal is required to approve the permit.
5. A Right of Way permit will also be required. Please have the contractor complete a Right of' Way
hermit application and return to the City prior to issuance of the building permit.
