17. The invert elevation of the roof stub is 345.30'. The invert elevation of the existing stormwater detention
tank inlet in the SW direction is 349.76'. Please clarify how the stormwater will reach the detention tank.
The roof drain tightline connects to the stormline that connects to the South stub at 345.30' not the SW stub.
See attached short plat information for as -built stub locations.

19. Please extend the footing drains around the entire base of the retaining walls.
The footing drains are now shown the full length of the retaining walls.
