Please add a restoration note to the proposed dry utilities and water utilities indicating that utility patches are per City of Edmonds Standard Detail E2.3 and/or match existing. Note added to the site plan on A1.02. "NOTE: RESTORE ALL DRY & WET UTILITIES PER CITY OF EDMONDS STANDARD DETAIL E2.3 OR MATCH EXISTING. — TYPICAL" City of Edmonds Standard Detail E2.3 added to A1.03 18. There are two water meters that connect to one another. Is one of these an irrigation meter? If so, please label the meter as an irrigation meter. If not, please remove one meter. There is only one water meter for this house. The other symbol on the plan was a duplicate. The plans now show a single water meter. 19. Please locate the water meters at the edge of right-of-way. The existing water meter for 18113 84th Ave is in this location. The water line and connection box for this property has already been installed by the previous short plan, this work has already been signed off by the city. See attached as-builts from previous work and photos of existing area. BLD2017-0717 — 18109 841h Ave W 20. Please indicate the driveway material. Please note that the driveway must be asphalt from the edge of existing pavement to the property line. Once on private property, driveway material may be decided by owner. The word "ASPHALT" has been added to the drawing at the area between the pavement and the property line. 21. Please revise the driveway width to be 24' within the ROW. Once the driveway reaches the property line, it may be expanded to 26' per the current drawing. Please reference and include standard detail E2.26. The driveway width has been modified to be 24' - 0" wide. A reference to the City of Edmonds Standard Detail E2.26 has been added and the detail has been added to A1.03 22. Please add the following notes. "Contractor responsible to repair any damage to the existing stormwater detention system prior to final" and "contractor responsible to maintain a pre -construction condition record of the existing stormwater system". Notes added to A1.02 GEOTECHNICAL PLAN SET 23. Please provide a north arrow and scale on all plans. North arrow and scale has been added. 24. Please revisit the directional arrows for section A -A. They appear to face the incorrect direction. Arrows have been changed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
