The following are responses to your plan review comrnents dated May 25, 2012. Our responses
correspond numerically to those in your letter. We are resubmitting 3 copies of Sheets AlA, A2.1,
A2.2, and A3.1.
1. Sheet A1.1 has been revised to note that the deck is a spaced wood deck (as shown or) the
building plans previously) and that the existing deck is over an existing concrete patio and the new
deck is over landscaping,
2. The greenhouse has been added to the pre -1977 impervious calculations.
3. As the amount of post -4977 impervious areas is less than 2,0010 s.f. (7,12 s.f), we have changed
the site plan on A1.1 to note that new downspouts will be discharged to splash blocks.
4. We have added a note to the site, plan indicating that all disturbed soils will be compost amended.
We will assume that these revisions and clarifications satisfy your concerns so that a permit can be
