The following are our Plan Review Correction Comments responses:
1. The paved area has been clarified as "stamped concrete" on sheet Al.
2. The impervious surface area is 600 square feet and calculation table is enclosed.
3. Sidewalk will be entirely within the property and flush to the adjacent sidewalk as
noted on sheet Al.
4. Location of existing utilities have been located on sheet Al.
5. Footings will be entirely within the property line as noted on structural sheets
enclosed.
