The site plan we received seems to be missing some info., it is hard to determine what is proposed. The application
proposed work list a cut and cap, though the site plan shows potholing over a lateral. Is there concern of a crossbore
here? If so, the permit site plan and application are not consistent. Can you please provide us with a clean/legible (not
that is horrible just think some info. May not have transferred over) site plan and application consistent with work
shown on the plans. If I am misunderstanding, please get me informed. If you have any questions, feel free to contact
me.
