At the request of Mr. Tobiason, we reviewed the revised landscape plan, dated June 7, 2016. The
landscape plan reduces the number of trees and shrubs, but generally maintains the same
groundcover for erosion control. It is our judgment that the erosion control will be retained and
the revised landscape plan conforms to the recommendations in the geotechnical report.
