RE: Sidewalk Dining
Dear Johanna Limbropoulous,
The City has recently received a complaint stating that your outdoor dining area has been
extending, beyond the approved area and making, access difficult to the adjacent business.
This not only a violation of the issued bistro dining permit, it is impeding the ability of
the adjacent business to receive clients.
While it is understood that patrons may be stretching the area as they enjoy dining at your
restaurant, it is your responsibility as the business owner and permit holder to insure all
regulations are being met.
Please take care to monitor this situation in the future and discontinue any use of the
sidewalk that is not approved in the bistro dining permit. Future complaints and
violations may result in fines or a suspension of your permit.
