Dear Mr. Schmaus:
I would like to confirm a correction to my letter dated January 8, 2010 regarding the
approaching expiration date for the preliminary approval of your two -lot subdivision
located at 520 — 7th Ave. S (File No. S-04-113). Since staffs preliminary approval was
appealed to the Hearing Examiner, the five year expiration date is from the date of the
Hearing Examiner's decision on the appeal. Thus, the preliminary approval will
expire on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 if the subdivision is not recorded prior to this
date.
