Dear Mr.MeGinness:
I Nearby petition the Planning Commission for the authority
to connect a road,from Viewland Way,inta my property,at the point shown on the
map bellow. This land is in Tract 19 (north half),Puget Sound Machinery Depot
Five acre tracts.
The swamp is about 4 ft. bellow Viewland Iffay at
the west end and about 6pX2 ft, at the east endo
The terrain quickly slopes from the swa±p to my
south border at a gradient of about 30 or 35 degrees,
Eliminating ani: place for a residence on this
165x285 ft. plot,except the area colored red,which
this road will serviced

As the swamp at the northwest end of this
plot (above) necessitates the building of a
home about 40 ft. from Viewland Wayy,there is only
room::; one residence on this 165 ft. width
lot. Therefore this road will only service one
building lot,
