Cooper and Emily H. Cooper, his wife, are contract purchasers from the fee owner Ira 0. Gerdon. All that portion of Government Lot one (1), Section twenty-four (24), Township twenty-seven (27) north, Range three (3) east, W.M., described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of the north - quarter of northwest quarter of said Section 24; thence west 10 feet tothetrue point of hegin- ning; thence continue west 155 feet; thence north 145 feet; thence east 155 feet; thence south 145 feet to the true point of beginning; LESS the south 10 feet for county road.
