Reference is made to the attacted segragation proposal.
Several persons have shown a interest in this property and
I am at the present time negotiating the sale of Jots A & B
as show n on the sketch. A similar sketch was submitted to
the Planning Commission and heard at the last meeting. Ad-
ditional information w'as required regarding further sub-
division of.my property in the future;._�.lso the dedication,
of a 10 foot strip of land on the West side. --
i,s. the intent at the present time to segragate only
the three tracts as shown on, the sketch, and I would appre-
oiate the approval of this action as soon as possible. As
far as the balance of the .property is concerned, I have no
plans other than meeting the requirements of dedicating the
10 foot strip of land for the street as stipulated by the
action of the Planning Commission.

"The Planning Commission suggested that Mr. Powell. subdivide Tract "C" together
with the remainder of his property at this time. The secretary was instructed
to write a letter informing him of their wishes".

Approz. one ,year ago the Commission granted to me a
segragation of 3 tracts, A -B -C. Tracts A & B have been
sold but Tract C was to large for interested parties. There-
for T would like to further segregate Tract C into 2 parcels
as shown on the accompanying sketch as Tracts C & D.
