This is to Inform you that your Subdivision request dated July 12, 1962
was passed by the PlanningCommission on July 18, 1962, The Board of
Adjustment on July 30j, 192, and accepted according to the stipulations
of your letter to the Planning Commission dated July 12, 1962 by the
City Council on August 71, 1962.
As per your above mentioned letter, you agree to dedicate the North 30
feet and the East 30 Beet of Tract 4.. Puget Sound Machinery Depot Five
Acre Tracts, also the West 30 Feet of Trace 12 of Puget Sound. Machinery
Repot Five Acre Tracts.
You further agree to extend the !e"' water main Fast to proposed 10th Avenue
from the point where the City ends the installation, also you will pave
the North 30 feet dedicated to the City of Edmonds, extending from the
existing pavement East to the West Right of Way of proposed 10th Avenue,
and curb the South side of this paving. All paring and curb grades to
be established by a Representative of The City of Edmonds.
In return, the City of Edmonds will accept the L.I.D. Sever Assessment
in the amount of $738.05.

Gentlemen:
Enclosed please find a sulWivision request for three lots extending
east fres property already subdivided.
We request this subdivision with the stipulation that we will dedicate
the north. 39 feet of said property as per conditions stimulated in the
original subdivision, WO will also dedicate a 66 feet portion of the
east property abutting the proposed subdivision for street purposes,
(via, 18th Avenue). This 66 feet will extend from the north property
line to the south property linea a distance of 165 feet where the width
will be cut in half, amounting to 39 feet,, running for a distance of
165 feet waking a distance of 165 feet --30 feet gide., and 165 feet.40

It is also stipulated that we will pave that 30 feet portion on the
nortk end of the property to conform with existing paving and extend the
4" water wain east to proposed 10th Avenue and propose to construct curbs
an the south right-of-way lame 6f the 30 foot dedication. This improve-
ment will be made as the construction is completed.
It is alse understood that the City of Edmonds will pay the sewer
assessment on Lot 12. The sewer assessment is already paid on that
36 foot portion in. Loot 4,
