for the dedication to the City of Edmonds of the easterly 101 of
your property for street right-of-way, as required to validate
the subdivision of.your property -as approved by the Edmonds Planning
Commission on August 21, 1963.
Fallowing inquiries at this office about the second lot of the
f subdivision, the file was reviewed and it was found that this
Quit Claim Beed had not been filed. As soon as the signed instru-
ment is returned to this offices the subdivision will be effective.
