clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing Services then Permits and
Development:
1. Please review and complete the traffic impact handout and worksheet attached to this email.
For a change in use of a tenant space, please complete section 1 and section 7 “Mitigation
Recommendations” using the 2004 rate table for the existing use and the 2009 rate table for
the proposed use.
Please contact Transportation Engineer, Bertrand Hauss at 425-771-0220, for any questions
regarding which category to use.
