I would like to appeal the violation and monetary fine placed on the above property for tree
trimming.
The listed trees and vegetation described in Exhibit A with fines attached I would like to have re-
evaluated and discussed. The amount of cutting is in disagreement with the requested work order that
was followed. Also the amount of fines placed on the cutting I would like to discuss. There are benefits
to the cutting and removal of plants that assist healthy growth to this area.
