Your file has been forwarded to the Code Enforcement Division for action.
Please find letters enclosed dated May 3, 2010 and June 29, 2010 outlining the permit and site
requirements. Your fence permit # BLD20090461 expired oil March 28, 2010. A final
inspection is required to close a building permit. Accordingly, a new permit is now required with
a final inspection.
Please make a complete application for the required permit. The permit application must include
the revised site plan showing further modifications to meet the remaining site distance issue. The
other alternative is to move the fence so it falls outside the parameters of City regulation.
Please submit the fence permit application by August 25, 2010. If an application is not received
by August 25, 2010, it would be necessary for the City to issue an Order to Correct Violation
Notice.
