During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
Grading
1. Grading will need to be recalculated as a result of the required corrections.
Detention / Drainage
1. The proposed infiltration system is undergoing a separate review. Estimated completion date: 2/15/07.
If infiltration is approved and is to be used,
2. The infiltration plan view does not agree with the site plan.
the existing rockery running at the east property line will be required to be completely removed.
Redraw the site plan to reflect the location of the new retaining wall / rockery, to match the
infiltration plan.
Driveway
1. The proposed driveway is 42’ wide. Maximum allowed in the City of Edmonds is 30’. Please adjust.
2. Include a 2’ shy distance from the edge of the proposed driveway and the rockery immediately abutting it.
Curb / Gutter / Sidewalk
1. Two unused existing driveway cuts exist:

a. The one on Sea Vista place running from the proposed driveway to 9 Avenue will be replaced with
concrete vertical curb.

b. The one on 9 Avenue will be removed and replaced with curb, gutter, and sidewalk.
Site Plan
1. Show existing house and pool on site plan.

Utilities

1Show where proposed water line is, from meter to house.
2. Show where proposed side sewer is, from main to house.
3. If existing sewer lateral is to be re-used, it must be inspected and approved prior to hook up. Contact

Erosion Control
1. No erosion control plan was included with the plans. Please include one with your next submittal.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
