During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
Engineering review is complete less the following:
Detention / Drainage
The stormwater engineer notes no factor of safety was provided for the infiltration system. F.S. = 2
minimum per DOE 1992 manual and attached calculation sheet. Infiltration System needs to be roughly
double in size.
Civils
MEMO: Only one full-size copy of the civil plans were submitted; if the storm review is accepted, two
additional set copies will be made by the city (large-format copies are $5 each), and the costs added to the
permit fees. Otherwise, please include three copies of the updated civils with your next submittal.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
