Description of proposal: AT&T Mobility is proposing to replace an existing utility pole and install a
wireless telecommunication facility on the new pole. Ground equipment will be housed in an existing
building on the adjacent parcel addressed as 6907 174th Street SW. The subject permit is a Type II
decision according to ECDC 20.50.060. (File No. PLN20130069)

The lead agency has determined that the requirements for environmental analysis and protection
have been adequately addressed in the development regulations and comprehensive plan adopted
under chapter 36.70A RCW, and in other applicable local, state, or federal laws or rules, as
provided by RCW 43.21C.240 and WAC 197-11-158 and/or mitigating measures have been applied
that ensure no significant adverse impacts will be created.
An environmental impact statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was
made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead
agency. This information is available to the public on request.
There is no comment period for this DNS.

The proposed project is to "change out" an existing approximately
38'-6" tall SNOP UD power pole locatejd in city right-of-way and
replace it with a new approximately 60' tall power pole with AT&T
antennas attached to the top of the pole. Proposed AT&T equipment
will be located inside an existing building at the address referenced
below. The proposed project is needed to fill a gap in wireless
coverage in the area and general vicinity.
