Service will be installed via hole hog and cross over a stream that runs through a 16" culvert that is 7' deep from grade. The gas service will maintain a minimum 3' clearance from top of culvert. One 2' x 5' asphalt cut will occur with the right-of-way of Sierra Place. An environmental impact statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
