The following review was conducted under the 2006 IFC with Washington State
Amendments and the ECDC:
1) Based on the size of the dwelling, the length and grade of the private drive, and
the distance from the two nearest fire hydrants the Fire Department requires
one of the two following requirements:
A. Provide an NFPA 13D Fire Sprinkler System for the residence: or
B. Extend the fire main to the top of your driveway and add a fire hydrant.
